I have lived in Chico since 1977. Like so many before, and after me, I came here to attend Butte College and Chico State and never left. Though I am not a native Chicoan, I consider myself a local ! I met my husband in college and raised our two sons here as well. My real estate career spans more than 30 years, with a detour into management of a locally owned real estate company over the last 8 years. Getting back into sales has been rejuvenating and my recent move to Parkway Real Estate Co. has given me the reboot to get back into the business of helping people buy and sell real estate. My experiences in real estate sales, management and 1031 exchanges have added to the knowledge I use to represent my clients. My standards of practice are solid, consistent and you never have to wonder about the process. All of my business is by referral and I consider that to be the highest compliment any agent could ask for. If you are a former client of mine, or a new referral client, please don't hesitate to call me and I will personally oversee your transaction from start to finish.

My background is in Hospitality & Tourism. With a bachelor's degree in 2003 from San Diego State University, I spent 10 years in the event planning/catering industry in Southern California.
I began my Real Estate journey in 2013 when I moved to Northern California to be closer to family. There I began working as an administrative assistant with a local real estate company. With that same company I moved in to marketing and communications and then in 2014 became a licensed agent. At that time I took over their vacation rental program as property manager. My husband is a firefighter with a challenging first responder schedule. When I became pregnant with our 2nd child we decided to move to Chico to raise our family. We love it here, and I was excited and
honored when asked by Kim to assist her with
her real estate transactions.
